Vertical Tank Building Capabilities
We have installed the latest automated vertical tank building technology at our facility. This enables us to supply Vessels of the highest quality and to international standards quicker and more precisely than with traditional methods.
This is thanks to the innovative Rolling, Plasma Cutting and Plasma Tig welding technology being used, All vessel seam welds are completed using an Automated system which allows us to have consistent seam welds of the highest quality. Capacity and turnaround time on Plants are substantially improved on the automated system. We have the capacity to build from 1000lt capacity up to 300 000lt capacity in our automated system.

We are equipped with turning capabilities which enable us to produce Stainless Steel parts for all of our Vessels in-house.
Bending Capabilities
We are equipped with the new 150 Ton Bending Press for all of our Tank parts & plate work to be done in-house.
Roll Forming Capabilities
We are equipped with the new European Roll Forming Machines. They enable us to produce our own Circumferential Profiles as well as our own formed Limpet coils & pipe coils.
Automatic Welding Capabilities
Our facility is equipped with the latest Automatic Welding Technology from Fronius, Austria. We are capable of welding Plasma TiG, TiG & MiG.
Design & Engineering Capabilities
We have our own in-house Software Technology for the Design of Vessels & Mixers as well as Turnkey Plants.
