AFRICAN SALES EXECUTIVE

The ideal candidate must have a qualification in sales and / or marketing with a minimum of 10 years’ sales experience and an exceptional track record within the African continent.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Process Industries with particular focus on industries such as Chemical, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Agro-Chemical, Food, Beverage and Brewing, where production type plant and equipment are being used.

Must have the ability to communicate complicated technical issues with effective presentation skills.

Must have a tenacious work attitude and work as a team member.

Must have exceptional negotiation skills to deal with various customers on various levels within different countries.

Must be able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure, ensuring performance targets are met.

Must be highly innovative and proactive in order to meet set sales goals.

Willing to travel on frequent basis.

Most importantly, must be energised by a challenging environment and be stimulated to grow the company.

PROCUREMENT & STORES MANAGER – Successfully appointed

A dynamic turnkey process solutions company based on the East Rand is expanding and is on the hunt for a successful Procurement & Stores Manager.

The Procurement & Stores Manager contributes to the organisational goals by managing and coaching the members of the procurement and stores team to achieve business goals. Work together with a passionate team using your technical mindset and knowledge of developing and executing new improved procurement strategies.

The ideal candidate will work for a dynamic and innovative company with a culture of creativity, customer orientation and commercial success.

A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a successful procurement / stores person with a minimum of 5 years’ managing a successful procurement team is pertinent.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, an ability to “read” the market, an aptitude in decision-making and have the ability to perform under pressure.

JUNIOR BUYER – Successfully appointed

  • Analysing of BOM for required parts
  • Assisting with the sourcing of goods and services from suppliers
  • Assisting with the ordering of goods and services from suppliers
  • Must have the ability to keep a track record of incoming and outgoing goods and services
  • Excellent planning, negotiation and communication skills

SALES MANAGER

The Sales Manager contributes to the organisational goals by managing and coaching the members of the sales team to achieve business goals. Work together with a passionate team using your technical mindset and knowledge of process industries to consult and support existing and potential clients.

A minimum of 10 years’ experience within a managerial role is pertinent.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to perform under pressure.

SALES EXECUTIVE (LOCAL)

Work together with a passionate team using your technical mindset and knowledge of process industries to consult and support existing and potential clients.
